Located in Indian Ridge just off of Old Lake Wilson Rd, 3 miles from US-192 and only 5 miles to Disney. Every thing you could need for your vacation is just up the road on US 192. There are dozens of shops and restaurants all within 5 miles including all the fast food regulars, chain restaurants and local favorites. While the home itself is nearly 15 years old, it was completely remodeled in 2004 including new walls, floors, kitchen, baths and furniture. You can see from the photos what a modern look the home now has. The pool area is very special due to its impressive size and the view of the open area behind. There is a playground in this area behind the home close enough to keep your eye on the kids from the pool deck.
